Guy Caparelli Cancer Treatments

This GoFundMe was started by Guy's son, Griffin Caparelli, on behalf of his Father and his Step-Mother. 

Guy Caparelli was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer on May 29th, 2018. Since then he has had 8 ER/Hospital stays, 7 surgical procedures, 6 weeks of daily Radiation, and is now undergoing 6 months of Chemotherapy (just completing the 2nd month of this treatment).

During this time his weight has fluctuated from 206 lbs to 151 lbs. He continues to fight, to live, through this uphill battle. Although he is doing everything in his power to beat Cancer, the expenses for his treatments and procedures are rising. 

Due to this situation, Guy has not been able to work since May 2018. Our family cannot afford to feasibly repay the bills/expenses that are accruing from Cancer treatments, hospital stays and beyond. 

We are hoping to raise enough that we can pay off the expenses already accrued and for what is to come. Any donations or support is greatly appreciated to help us surpass our goal, and we will donate any excess funds to a Pancreatic Cancer Research Foundation.

Guy is a strong, motivated husband, father, and friend. He has spent his life constantly supporting others and making sure that they are taken care of, before taking care of himself. This is a man who, when healthy, worked 80 hours a week to support those in his life who relied upon him. Family, friends, co-workers and acquaintances in his life, know this to be true. 

In these unforeseen circumstances, any love and support to help him get through this battle, as he would have done for all of us, would be so appreciated. As well as, to alleviate his financial burden, so that he and our family can resume a normal life afterwards.
