GUATEMALA RISES! We have joined forces to unite: Undocumedia, Brown Issues, Lets.Give, Loquita Bath & Body, Locatora Radio and many others to provide relief and support to our suffering Guatemalan Community.
The death toll is still being counted our people buried in ashes, without homes and attempting to find missing family members. The eruption of the volcano has been catastrophic to already impoverished towns.
Our commitment to you: full transparency of where the money is spent, not one person in any of the organizations will receive a dime to pay for their salaries or admin fees, we will conduct research and methodical planning - no knee jerk reactions.
Also, many of us are Guatemalan and this collective has been responsible and successful in people to people relief in Puerto Rico, Mexico, Houston, North Dakota, Flint Michigan and now Guatemala.
