GUATEMALA NEEDS US/WE CAN ALL HELP

Our relationship as Guatemalans with those affected is direct. We were personally in the Volcanic crisis area during the week of June 8th to the 14th. We spoke with those affected in the village of Los Lotes, and collected a list of information from several who are in need and are waiting for our collaboration.
We will be distributing the funds by donating to the victims: Water filters, ecological stoves, etc… this will cost approximately Q1,350.00 which is equivalent to roughly $200.00 per equipment. - This will allow us to help a minimum of 35 families who were affected in the village called “Los Lotes”. The funds will go directly to our non-profit account of “New Covenant Ministries” and will be transferred to Guatemala to make the purchases directly over there.
We are Alfredo and Lilian Vargas, Senior Pastors of New Covenant Ministries in Pawtucket, Rhode Island and have been in the ministry for over 15 years in this region.

On Sunday 3 June, the Fire volcano erupted near Antigua Guatemala and places in the departments of Sacatepequez, Escuintla and Chimaltenango were severely affected.
Being reported more than 60 dead, more than 1.7 million affected, 3.100 evacuated and more than 3.100 attended, caused by the unexpected eruption of the volcano.
Right now if we unite we can help more than 400 people who need us.
Please join this tragedy, let us continue to pray for the families who lost their loved ones.

Nuestra relación como guatemaltecos con los afectados es directa. Ya estuvimos personalmente en el lugar de la crisis volcánica la semana del 8 al 14 de junio, hablamos con los afectados de la Aldea Los Lotes, recaudamos una lista de datos de varios afectados y están esperando nuestra colaboración.
La manera en que los fondos serán distribuidos, es a través de donar a los damnificados: filtros de agua, estufas ecológicas, esto a un costo de aproximadamente Q1,350.00 equivalente a aproximadamente $200.00 por equipo- Esto nos permitirá ayudar a mínimo de 35 familia afectadas de la cuidad llamada "Los Lotes". Los fondos van directo a nuestra cuenta de sin fines de lucro de “Ministerios Nuevo Pacto" y serán transferidos a Guatemala para hacer la compra directamente allá.

El Domingo 3 de Junio el Volcan de Fuego hizo Erupción cerca de Antigua Guatemala y lugares de los departamentos de Sacatepequez, Escuintla y Chimaltenango fueron muy afectados.
Siendo reportados mas de 60 muertos, mas de 1,700,000 afectados, 3,100 evacuados y mas de 3,100 atendidos, causada por la inesperada erupción del Volcan.
En estos momentos si nos unimos podremos ayudar a mas de 400 personas que nos necesitan.
