Farnham Flash Festival is a month-long celebration of the performing arts in Farnham. With two successful years behind us, Performers Together CIC is running the third Farnham Flash Festival in June 2019. It's not about making money, it's about performance - all kinds of performance, from kids' shows to classical concerts, from the Big Sing and the Flash Fiction Competition, to reggae, from musical theatre to moving drama. It's about bringing performers and audiences together. It's about having fun and growing community.
We want EVERYONE who wants to perform to do so - even if they can't afford the small registration fee or the charge to be included in our insurance cover, or they're struggling with expenses. We have already had donations to our Performers' Support Fund which will help, but it would be good to have more to put towards this.
And we want EVERYONE to know about the FFFestival so that as many folk as possible can have a great time through June, and so that the performers get the audiences they deserve.
As we don't look to make money, our reserves are small. Our organising team is small, and voluntary. Please help us to support the performers, and get this event the profile and the visibility it needs.
Any donation, however small, will be really appreciated. The more support we get, the more we'll attract, so don't be put off because £1 is what's to spare. We'll feature a gratitude list on our website: www.farnhamflashfestival.org to celebrate all our supporters.
And if we raise more than we need for this year's FFFestival, surplus will go to supporting next year's!
