Greencard Moua Npav Ntsuab

Dearest Friends and Families and Fans of Npav Ntsuab,

As you all have already heard, our beloved Npav Ntsuab aka Tong Moua passed away on May 28, 2017 in Sacramento, CA.  He gave up fighting the daily battles of dialysis and other heart and health issues because eventually it was too much for his body to handle.  Towards the end of his life, he sunk into depression and accepted his fate that he was going to die.  He was visited by many of his family members, friends, fans and Hmong artists and was happy to see them once again before he got his wings.

 Npav Ntsuab was one of his own kind in his type of music. He placed 2nd place at the Hmong International New Year singing contest in Fresno in the early 90’s.  His most famous song “Npav Ntsuab For Sale” was the product of a broken love relationship and sadly was his own love story.  This song made Npav Ntsuab who he was and gave him his name.  His popularity continued when he started singing pajhuam with his songs such as the popular “I’ll be missing you” song.  Npav Ntsuab has always frequented the local Hmong clubs as a guest singer and continued to sing for the public even when he was very ill.  Npav Ntsuab dedicated his life to singing for his fans and making public appearances to fundraise for community events.  Npav Ntsuab loved music and the Hmong community.  He has always helped people by performing at their parties, community events, and Hmong new years.  Most all of his performances were done out of the goodness of his heart without any compensation because he wanted to share his music and his funny personality with people. 

After Npav Ntsuab lost his love in 1991, he never dated again and he dedicated his life to loving her only in this lifetime.  Npav Ntsuab died a heartbroken man but his love for the woman that he had loved in this lifetime was the most precious thing to him.  His love was true and pure to the last breath of him.  We can only wish that in his next lifetime, God will grant him an everlasting love so that he won’t be lonely again. 

Because of Npav Ntsuab’s heavy weight and health issues, he nor the family was able to purchase any life insurances to help with his funeral costs.  He lived on a fixed disability income and wasn’t able to save much money either.   His funeral expenses doubled because of the size of him so the family is struggling financially to put on a decent funeral for him.  Therefore, we are asking all his friends and family members and his fans to help donate for Npav Ntsuab’s funeral.  He never hesitated to help the community so we hope that you won’t hesitate to help him this one last time.

We pray that in Npav Ntsuabs next life, he will have a healthy body and a love relationship that is as wonderful as he has always dreamt about.
