It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of one of the strongest, most loving woman I have ever known; my dear wife and mother of my children Laura Ingraham. She passed away early this morning approximately 12:30am surrounded by loved ones and peacefully in her sleep.
Laura fought a good long hard fight, as she was diagnosed in late 2010 with stage 3 rectal cancer which quickly became stage 4. She was originally given 5 years to live, but her strong will and determination to live allowed her to beat her cancer 7 times and push it to almost 8 years. She was a strong supporter of the cancer community and our hearts go out to all those battling this terrible disease.
As part of Laura`s last wishes she decided that instead of having flowers or gifts sent for her passing she would like to have the money sent to this GoFundMe page so that she could have a college fund set up for the grandchildren in her name. Please respect her wishes and donate to this GoFundMe page instead of sending flowers.
Laura will forever be remember in all our hearts and will be missed tremediously. She is survived by her husband Mike, her children Justin, Brandon, and Christopher, and finally her grandchildren Kyra, and Serenity.
We appreciate all the love and support you have shown through these difficult times. Per her wishes we will not be having an official memorial service instead her ashes will be spread in her favorite places Homer, New York and San Fransisco, California.
