Grad needs MacBook to be iOS Dev

My name is Erica Stevens, and I am a recent graduate of Access Code's iOS Development program (3.2 cohort). I spent the last ten months learning to build apps for the iOS platform, understanding the fundamentals of Data Structures and Algorithms, and immersing myself in the tech commmunity with the intention of getting hired as an iOS Developer.
Now that the program is coming to an end, I will have to return the macbook that they have rented to me throughout the duration of the program. Without a macbook, I will no longer be able to continue developing apps and writing code that will improve my portfolio which will ultimately reduce my chances of becoming a professional iOS developer.
Without a mac, there is no way to build apps for the iOS platform. I can apply for jobs on any computer, but if I am not able to continue sharpening my skills in the time between graduation and getting hired I may never get a job in the industry I have spent months training to enter.
I am even looking to accept donated used macbooks.
This is the refurbished macbook I am hoping to buy. My goal is inclusive of taxes.
Any help would be appreciated beyond measure.
