FOOD BANK SUPPORT

My name is Richard Carpenter. I recently had an opportunity to donate $5,000.00 from Axcess Industires, Inc. to a local foodbank in need of some help during the recent Blizzard.
This organization meant a lot to me as a young child. This same facility provided my family with meals in a time of need. It was great to see after 30 years, people were still taking on the challenge of helping people that are in need in the community.

I am reaching out to the community at large to consider supporting New Journey Community Outreach, Inc. and the exceptional services that they provide. My goal is to raise them another $5,000.00 by next week. This is a Non Profit Organization with a 501c3 status.
NJCO provides a daily soup kitchen, weekly food pantry and weekly clothing closet for low income individuals and families in the Reading, PA community.
My excitement grew when I saw the comments on Social Media. It made me want to try and do even more for this group to help them with their finances. I teamed up with Axcess Industries Director of Business Development Jim Cisick and came up with starting a Go Fund Me page in order to keep the momentum going. I am going to personally donate the first $1,000.00 to get this effort moving. Thanks.
