Help Loving Momma get her Babies

Hi, my name is Kristen Young and am a 28 year old working mother. I have three biological kids and two step-kiddos. I recently sat down with my ex-husband to discuss moving to another town and changing custody from 50/50 to standard so that my two youngest would be in a stable and more suitable home during the school week. My ex agreed it was for the best for them to live with me but after I made arrangements to move, he backed out.
Giving him primary custody is out of the question. At his house they share a room AND a bed with both him and his girlfriend; It’s highly inappropriate. He works evenings/nights and they kids have no structure at his house, no bed time, no naps, poor diets and are unable to participate in any extra curriculars. At my home they have all of that and more.
He has agreed to the children living with me SEVERAL TIMES on the condition he doesn’t have to pay child support and has backed out again and again. He owes over $8,000 in back support, doesn’t have them on insurance, and has intentionally changed to a lower paying job to avoid paying what the court says the kids require.
I am tired of seeing my children in this situation. The most recent time I picked them up was for my son’s birthday. My ex had done NOTHING to celebrate his birthday whatsoever. My daughter had not napped, was wearing her big brother’s underwear which were sticking out of her skirt. Both kids were dirty. This just has to stop. Kids deserve to be in a loving home and my home is the best for them.
That being said, I am putting my pride aside asking for your help. I have met with an attorney who feels we have a strong case but I am needing help with additional funds to make this happen for my kids. I would appreciate anything you are able to give to help these deserving kids have the best life they can. Thank you.
