Gourda's Surgery

Hi! I am Gourda, and I am 7 years old. I am considered old for my breed, but I was blessed to be able to conceive. I can feel the excitement that my family felt when they found out that I am pregnant with 7 puppies. They looked after me, fed me, and shared my pain and discomfort during the process.

Very early this morning (April 9), I was able to successfully deliver 2 of my puppies. One of them came out as a healthy and active little pup, but 1 of them unfortunately died due to complications. I have 5 more pups to deliver and I am currently struggling.

After a few hours of intense labor, my family decided to rush me to the nearest emergency clinic. We went to see a veterinary doctor and she suggested a C-section to get my little puppies out to safety. We will either have to go over this procedure as our only hope of survival or the doctor will have to put me and my puppies to sleep (forever).

The cost of the Caesarean procedure is so much and my family cannot afford it. We are knocking into your kind hearts to help us cover all of the costs. All donations will be used towards the hospital bills, which was already calculated to be $4407 tax included.
