Good News Dolls for Harvey Victims
Donation protected
Now through September 25, we are partnering with Project: Hope to provide Good News Dolls to children in Texas affected by #HurricaneHarvey.
Just $25 provides children who have lost everything a Good News Doll to comfort them and the Gospel message to bring them the God of Comfort.
-----
Women of Worth is dedicated to improving the lives of impoverished women through the Gospel and job skills training. Featuring The Good News Doll!
We currently have centers in Johannesburg & King William’s Town, South Africa.
Each Center offers a unique opportunity for women to receive Christ, grow into their identity in Christ and become self-sustaining by acquiring skills that allow them to support their families and to contribute meaningfully to the kingdom of God.
How it Works: Women employed by the Women of Worth Centers design and create Good News Dolls. The dolls range in ethnicity and feature fabric from all across Africa. Here's where you come in: The Good News Dolls are then sponsored by donors, whose donation pays for the dolls to be distributed to at-risk children, some of whom have never had a doll that looks like them. Once the doll is in the hand of the child, our team walks each child through the plan of salvation using the salvation bead necklace on their doll!
