Boxes for Kids with Cancer

Our names are Eliana Berger and Emily Borohov, and we started a mission in April of 2017 to bring smiles to the faces of children with cancer. We started an organization called "Golden Heroes," with the goal of creating care packages designed for distracting children from the pain and stress of extended hospital stays due to treatment. The boxes have toys, activities, and comfort items such as blankets and hats. 100% of the donated money will go towards the production of these boxes. Our first batch of 24 care packages was delivered to Cohen Children's Medical Center of NY,  and we are expanding to other hospitals very soon. In addition to hospital deliveries, we send customized boxes to children across the U.S. to spread the smiles nationwide.
