Cycling for Sensible Drug Policy

I, Anthony Varriano, am a Montana medical marijuana patient. I suffer from degenerative disc disease. I've lost almost half the fluid in three discs between my lumbar vertebrae. I've already had one major back surgery, and I'm only 29 years old. I suffer from chronic back pain that will be with me the rest of my life.
While visiting Colorado in 2014 after my medical marijuana card expired, I thought I wanted to move there, but was angered by the fact I was a medical marijuana refugee being forced out of my home state because of legislators who still think cannabis is dangerous. I had a dream about riding my bicycle around my home state of Montana, collecting signatures on a petition to make recreational cannabis legal in Montana so we can pay for much-needed education and infrastructure improvements in my state.
With your help, I'll be making that dream a reality this September on a 1,600-mile cycling tour of Montana. Please help me make a better life for my fellow Montanans by donating to fund my signature gathering, and if you find yourself in Montana in September, come see me on my trip and sign my petition. Details are available at GoGonzoJournal.com and on Facebook at Cycling for Sensible Drug Policy .
I doubt I'll be collecting signatures on reservations, but hope to in the areas near them because we need those registered voters' signatures.
I live in Eureka MT. Where can I find the petitions to sign for I-178 and CI-115? What are their status to date?
Mr. Varriano, As a member of the CSKT in Pablo, MT, I wanted to know if you plan on coming to Montana reservations? I understand the complications that arise from being within a sovern nation. I feel that even when legaization occurs, this, CSKT nation will still be unwilling to legalize. This issue has been brought through tribal government but has been benched.
When are you going to be in Billings?
