dog in need of surgery

my Pomeranian has a lump just inside her left hind leg.in which i don't have the money for this.and it appears to be getting larger.that worry's me a good deal..she's almost 9 years old.and has been a part of my life since she was 6 weeks old.she's the love of my life as well as the chihuahua..i have no idea to how much the vet visit or surgery will cost.simply because i haven't looked into it yet..

i just came back from the vet's office.in which i got a estimate on how much it'd cost..total cost will be between $366.64 and $713.14..so i lowered how much I'm asking in donations.
