Help our Ohana save our home. Every dollar will help!

Aloha -

The Wrights need to raise money for their appeal to save their home and to expose Wells Fargo’s fraud on the court. Can you please help the Wright family remain in their home? Every donation of ANY amount will be deeply appreciated.

In 2005, Daneford and Ellareen Wright, their 3 daughters and their families invested in a property and built a house and cottage where the entire family could live together. They were so proud and happy to have a nice home in a good community – just the right place to raise all the young grandchildren. The Wrights also took care of Ellareen’s mother who was disabled until she passed away about 3 years ago.

The Wrights also have a sister who lives with them for the past 30 years and recently had a brain aneurism which has left her with a disability and they need the home also to now care for her. When the financial crisis hit, there were cutbacks and layoffs and the Wrights realized they needed to make some adjustments.

Wrights had never missed a mortgage payment and when they were contacted by America’s Servicing Company (aka Wells Fargo) in April 2009 offering them a modification – they thought that’s just what they needed.

Little did the Wrights know that they were entering the Foreclosure Zone and not a HAMP modification. Daneford and Ellareen didn’t know then that they’d be fighting for their home and family’s future for the next 6 six years or that the bank who does not have a legal right to the property, would use fraudulent documents to foreclose upon the Wrights causing the judge to side with them.

Daneford has helped hundreds of homeowners through his research. He was probably the first homeowner to discover that his loan was linked to a securitized trust and to thoroughly research it on the Securities and Exchange Commission website and order a certified copy. The original loan was made through New Century; and, Daneford (on his own) went before the New Century bankruptcy court to find out exactly what had transpired with his property. He received an affidavit from the court trustee stating and proving that the Plaintiff that filed the foreclosure had no legal standings to bring the foreclosure.

The Wrights were one of the few homeowners, appearing Pro Se, to have a summary judgment motion vacated by a judge who appeared to understand the corruption and fraud, only to make a 180 degree turn in favor of the banks. “It was as if he’d [judge] gotten the memo,” said Daneford. “In one hearing the judge was admonishing Wells Fargo and finally giving us a trial, and the next thing we know the judge is rejecting all of our authenticated evidence, refusing to let me have the Note examined – and telling me that if I get to appeal – maybe then they’ll let me have the Note examined.”

There are so many appealable issues, including a courtroom where for 2 days no one else entered – just Daneford and Ellareen and 2 big Honolulu attorney firms hired by Wells Fargo. Even Wright’s attorney, who was to testify on New Century and bankruptcy issues, wasn’t allowed in and after testifying was asked to leave when he went to sit in the gallery.

While the Wrights established a good record as a Pro Se, even though it was a kangaroo court – they have to hire an attorney to take it to the next level before the appellate court and prepare to take an offensive position.

Please help them save their home and keep their family together. Thank you for standing up for truth and justice and God Bless.
