I donated because my students and I read your story, in the children's book - Emmanuel's Dream by Laurie Ann Thompson. We were moved by your mother's love and commitment. We were inspired and challenged by your courage, determination, perseverance, and sacrifice in raising money to support your family and in going to school even though it was a challenge to get there and by learning how to ride a bicycle. We were encouraged and moved by your heart and passion to help people who have disabilities. And finally, we were humbled and enlightened by how you changed our perspective on disabled people. You are offering hope to the people of Ghana through your vision to help others. And you are challenging and inspiring us all to change the way we see. We need to see people like God sees them. Every single person, no matter how they look, where they are from, or what they have been through, are beautiful, valuable, and loved. My students and I wanted to give the money we raised, by selling the clay necklaces we made, to support your cause of offering "social inclusion, education, adaptive therapies, technology, arts, sports, recreational opportunities, and emotional support for all people with disabilities." https://emmanuelsdream.weebly.com/ Thank you for sharing your story, Mr. Emmanuel. You are an inspiration to me and to all of my students!

My children Santi and Emma and I read your book! We were very inspired by your story and motivated that anything is possible when you work hard. My daughter Emma asked "how did you go to school, jumping?" Thank you so much for your story. Good job and congratulations. Good luck with your school! Thank you so much! Emma, Santi, David, and Evelyn
