G-Man's birthday/ anti-theft fund

The French Ambassador to Surry Hills, Guillaume Barnes, had his apartment broken into last night and had an expensive camera and some also not cheap electronic items stolen. Whilst his French heritage may predispose him to a 'c'est la vie' style approach to such an existential anomaly as theft of personal property, ITS HIS FUCKING BIRTHDAY AND SO IT REALLY SUCKS. So, instead of buying him a beer, give him $10 or whatever so he can be reassured that moving to an ex- penal colony wasn't such a bad move.
