TRANSFORMING LIVES

Formerly known as the "south side Y" South Central Community Services, Inc. is now a 501 C3 non-profit organization which has been providing programs and services to thousands of children and youth in Chicago for 48 years.

The well documented and unfortunate incidents of youth shootings, gang activity and overall violence are a testimate to the fact that now more so than ever the underprivileged children and teens in the communities that we serve need the programs and services that we provide.

South Central's Community Center has always been the safe-haven facility on the south-side of Chicago where numerous youth 6-18 years of age can engage in educational programs , recreational programs and if needed receive therapeutic counseling services.

South Central has always been an organizationwith a mission to assit those in need and now we are asking you to assist us by making a donation to our Transforming Lives - Go Fund Me Campaign.  Our goal is to raise $20,000 on or before 11/28/2109.
