Gizmo needs amputated

Gizmo is Jude’s cat. He is a seal-point Siamese who loves to have fun. When he came home on Wednesday with a dangling paw, Jude and I were instantly in tears. 

He needs a leg amputated. 
Providing this would clean out my savings, which is not ideal.
