Logan Grimes worked as a medical technician at Cook County Jail for six years, until October 2018 when his confidentiality was violated and it became categorically unsafe for him to return to work. You can read more of the details here:

Logan, his wife Laura, and their two daughters have been waiting for his Union, CCHHS, and the Illinois Department of Human Rights to right this wrong - but these systems move slowly with multiple levels of appeals. Meanwhile, Logan is unable to legally take a new job and the family is struggling to get by with only Laura’s income, which as a self-employed therapist is not steady.
At this point, bills are not able to be paid and this family is in a very difficult position. While they are putting their faith in doing what is right - not just for Logan, but for others who deserve to be safe in their jobs - please help them put food on the table, pay their mortgage, and keep this from impact their girls as much as possible. No amount is too small, they appreciate every little bit.
