St. Athanasius and St. Cyril School of Theology (ACTS) is a Coptic Orthodox school of theology based in Claremont and partnered with the Claremont School of Theology as well as Claremont Graduate University. Through a diverse range of classes, the school opens opportunities for its students, by introducing them to the history and theology of the Coptic Orthodox Church as well as delving deeper into complex subjects such as Patristics and iconography, to name a few. ACTS also provides students with connections abroad, offering students the chance to travel overseas to have unique learning experiences at the many sites of Christian learning and history. The school caters to a variety of students, from clergy to church servants to laymen, who are interested in expanding their knowledge of the Coptic Orthodox Church.
