Hi my name is Andrien Meyers and I'm Mr Commonwealth International 2016. I believe that one who has benefitted from society needs to then give back to society.
I look to use my title to help raise awareness and funds to support those in need - especially children. I'm looking to do this through various avenues such as public speaking, mentoring, organising music/dance/fashion events, guest appearances etc.
The money I raise will be used to primarily support children in India; funds will also be used to support Save the Children and ACLT charities in the UK.
I am also in the process of setting up my own charity #GiveBack2Society #GiveBack2AIs - this is my longer term plan and I hope that setting up a gofundme page is just the start of something really special.
I would like to thank you for taking the time to read what I intend to do and for whatever support (be it financial or otherwise) you can give to this good cause.
