Girls Day Out: HIDDEN FIGURES

You never know when you are making history because you are in the moment of just doing...just as you never know when you are making an impact because you're just doing.  And this is just one of those moments...some friends and I came up with the notion of taking 20-25 girls on a 'Girls Day Out' and taking them to see the movie "Hidden Figures"; but we took it a step further and said, why don't we take them out in style?! (yeah!!!) Let's have them dress up  (Yeah!!!) and let's rent a party Limousine (Yeah!!!) and afterwards have a post discusssion with some good food, and positive women  who are  New Haven "firsts" waiting to greet them and share their journey and embolden our girls!  (YES!!!) Well, here we are...and our big ideas...reaching out to our friends to help.  The funds will go for the limo, tickets (we want to purchase them at price to support the movie) and the post discussion dinner.  Let's do this FB family!
