Who Am I?
Hey. I'm Giles. Husband, father, singer, songwriter, artist, worship pastor, lover of a good book and a cup of coffee, fan of the long shower, and crazy about Christmas. I love the smell of an evergreen tree, the smooth, rich texture of eggnog, all the lights, tinsel, and nativities, and the melodies of Christmas: laughter among friends, the vibrant chatter of gathered family, and the hymns and carols that so define the season.
What's Going On?
For this reason, I am very excited to partner with all of you friends, family, and fans to FINALLY make this Christmas album a reality. Can I get an AMEN!?
You have been patient with me to find the right time. And now is that time! I will have the opportunity during my sabbatical leave this summer to head to Nashville for a couple of weeks and work with two really great producers, Mitch Dane (Jars of Clay, Brandon Heath, Kyle Matthews) and my good friend, Kevin Perry (Mandisa, Travis Cottrell, Geoff Moore, Giles Blankenship (-; ), who will help bring these songs to life.
Doing this album is important to me because these songs remind us we're not alone and that we have a great story to share and to live, and because, simply, you have asked and encouraged me to do this and that means more to me than you know.
How Can I Get Involved?
I think of this as a "support-raising" campaign more than a "fundraising" campaign, because I'm gonna need support on every level. I need individuals who can help share and spread the word about this project. I need individuals who can give financially to make this happen, and I need folks who will pray throughout the process. So, whatever you can do - give, share, pray, help spread the word - I am so grateful and humbled that you would join me in this. Thank you!

Get a hard copy of the CD because, of course, they'll make great stocking stuffers! (Unless otherwise stated all giving levels above this one will receive 1 CD as well.)
Christmas Tree Level - 50
Get 2 copies of the CD - 1 to keep and 1 to give as a gift if you like!

Get a phone call from me wishing you a Merry Christmas and expressing my huge thanks, a CD to keep or give away, plus a signed CD.

Sleigh Ride Level - 500
Myself and some friends will come Caroling at your house (Fayetteville, NC area only) or Via Skype/Facetime/Hangout (if outside of Fayetteville, NC area). We'll coordinate a date and general time frame and let you know (i.e. a Saturday afternoon between 3:30pm and 7:30pm)
I'll Be Home for Christmas Level - 750
I'll come to your home and do a concert in your living room/backyard/patio for you and all your friends. We'll work together to schedule something between Nov 2015 and Dec 2016. It may not be Christmas, but it can still BE Christmas...or any other Giles Blankenship songs you like :-) (If further than a 2hr radius of Fayetteville, NC, please consider additional travel expenses.)
We Three Kings Level - 1000
Myself and a couple of my bandmates will "traverse afar" to give a concert in your living room/backyard/patio for you and all your friends. We'll work together to schedule something between Nov 2015 and Dec 2016. It may not be Christmas, but it can still BE Christmas...or any other Giles Blankenship songs you like :-) (If further than a 2hr radius of Fayetteville, NC, please consider additional travel expenses.)
