A Gift From Mason

Our Story: On March 22, 2016 my husband and I met the new love of our lives. Our little boy Mason James. Our pregnancy was tangled by several complications and led to the some of the hardest days, nights and decision we have ever been confronted with. We learned about a month before Mason was born that his life expectancy would be very short if at all. We will never forget that day or the days to come after receiving such heartbreaking news. We were blessed with 15 beautiful and loved filled days with our son and are forever grateful we got to met him and share or love with him. As his 1st birthday approaches we decided we would like to do something in his honor.  With that in mind we came up with A Gift From Mason. We are looking to raise money to purchase items to make care packages for families who are met with similar fates as ours and have to go through the heartbreaking process of saying goodbye to their baby.

Our Mission: We would like to make gifts bags as a small gesture of kindness to families going through such unimaginable situations. In these bags we will include a book by Angela Miller titled "You Are the Mother of All Mothers" ; a memorial photo frame and a memorial candle as well as some tokens of comfort such as a gift card to a local coffee shop or restaurant. We will also be including information on local grief support as well as online grief support groups.
