Gianna Raffier

On July 25 the Raffier family received some devastating news, there beloved son/father Charles was found deceased at the young age of 44. Charles went peacefully in his bed while he slept. Gail (Charles's mother) and Gianna (Charles's daughter) were originally planning a fun filled trip that week to see Charles in Chicago. Unfortunately, after the news their purpose for the trip changed drastically. Now instead of flying to Chicago to see Charles, they would have to fly to Chicago to start the process of bringing Charles home to NY.

Losing a father and a son as great as Charles is heartbreaking. Giving was second nature to Charles, as he never sparred any expense for anyone he ever met. Charles was always larger than life and loved to be the life of the party. Although Charles's time with us was short, it definitely did not lack excitement and left a lasting impression on so many people.

Gianna was everything to Charles. She always brought a smile to his face, sometimes when he needed it most. He was so proud of everything she did, and made sure that everyone knew it. No one will ever be able to replace Charles, but I do not know of anyone better to carry on his memory, but Gianna. Let us help make it a little easier on Gianna and her family; they deserve it. Any support will help with all the expenses associated with this costly and unexpected event in their life.
