Getting rights for "Phony Boy" Shag

I'm trying to raise money to get the copyrights to the film short "Phony Boy". With the Collegiate Shag clip we will bring more pieces of the puzzle to the original style and history of shag.  Also, we will be able to give a copy to the daughter of John and Ruth Englert who were the 1937 Harvest Moonball Collegiate Shag winners. Their medals are in the picture illustrated.
