Getting Ashanti to Philadelphia

Ashanti is my five year old daughter, she was hit buy a car May 27,2015 she was paralyzed from her chest down from this accident. She goes to the doctors in Atl, Augusta, and in Philadelphia. She goes to the Shriners hospital in Philadelphia and they have been so great. This summer they want her to come there for two weeks for some medical training and therapy. The Shriners do help for my self and her to fly there but I have to leave my other children at home and with the length of the stay this time I really want to take them with me. The only way I can take them is to drive and that will cost. I am asking for any help to get it where I can take my whole family for the time so they can all be together and have a lil fun in this bad situation.
