Need to get my granddaughter back

September 2014 my granddaughter was taken out of the state by her mother against court order. She has now found herself in need of a break to get her life together. I must drive from Wildomar, CA to Evansville, Indiana roundtrip. I am exciting to see my baby again but it is an expense I was not expecting. After 1.5 years the mother called me last night saying to come get her April 21, 2016. Wow. But my granddaughter needs us. My son as not seen her either. He misses his daughter everyday.
