Volunteer Trip Malawi

Help me to TED (Train Every Day) to raise funds for an important volunteer trip to Malawi. 

As part of a work volunteering initiative, I will be visiting  Malawi in May to help build a school & work at a children’s centre.  

To raise the money I need (which will be match funded by my company), one of my initiatives is to train every day (TED) until the trip. 

This is will also make me strong enough to be useful on the building site where we will be breaking the ground for the foundations.

As most of my friends know, I am allergic to exercise & run like Phoebe from friends, so I’m hoping this will motivate you to support me!
