Get Homeless Couple A New Van

As allies of the houseless community, when someone in need calls we jump to help.
A housless couple in Portland living in their van recently had their window smashed in, and also has a crack in their windshield. You can imagine how cold they are not only due to the freezing air, but because their matress inside the van has frozen as a result of the broken window.
The couple in question is also active in helping others themselves. Their van has been a drop off spot for the distribution of emergency supplies and have been doing all they can to help their fellows in the houseless community during the extreme weather. So now it is time for the community to give back to them!
This is an emergency, so we are raising funds to get the window fixed as quickly as humanely possible. It will cost $215 to fix the smashed window plus addition for the cracked window.
We have already smashed the original goal and over $1,200. But you know what... let's not just fix their windows, let's get them a new van! Their van is an old 1980 model and they could use a new van/home much more than just a new window. Thanks to those who have contributed and let's keep the donations rolling in for a new van!!
