Help deceased dad be on Morgan's birth certificate

Westen Butler passed away on September 9th, 2018, leaving behind his pregnant fiancée, Brytnee Scott, who was 10 weeks pregnant with their daughter, Morgan Butler. As Westen is not here to sign, it is required that a DNA test be preformed before he can be added to the birth certificate as the father. We are asking for help to raise the money Brytnee will need in order to have the genetic testing done ($500), as well as the costs of then petitioning the courts to have Westen's name rightfully added ($100). Any and all donations are greatly appreciated.
