I am trying to raise funds to attend the "Capitol Hill Fly-in" on June 27th to help advocate for healthcare as part of grassroots lobbying efforts.
The Brain Injury Associaiton of America and the BIAA Business and Professional Council, in collaboration with the Coalition to Preserve Rehabilitation have put together a "Capitol Hill Fly-in" at the United States Senate, Washington, D.C. to protect rehabilitation as an essential health care benefit on Tuesday, June 27, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
This day will include Legislative visits, loybbing, Luncheon, and a Congressional Briefing.
I am seeking funds to cover costs associated with getting to Washington DC, hotel, meals, and transit within DC.
