Help bring the Woods' Children Home

We have made a GoFundMe page for the Woods’ family in an effort to raise funds for their pending adoption of a sibling group out of the Foster Care system.  Due to the circumstances surrounding Foster Care, these children often arrive to a home with little to no belongings and adoptive parents have little time to prepare. The age/sex/gender of the children are usually unknown until a match has been made, making it difficult to buy for them in advance. We hope to raise funds to assist in providing these children with the basics- clothes, shoes, backpacks and school supplies, beds, sheets, etc.  


Scott and Kim Woods are incredible parents to four children, three of which were lost due to early term miscarriages, and the fourth, Caleb, who was born still, the day before he was to be born.  While these losses were devastating, this couple has fought through the pain and have opened their hearts to even more children by adopting a sibling group. They were simply not willing to give up on being parents to living children. After taking over 30 hours of classes, being interviewed several times and having their home inspected, they are now ready to begin the matching process. Due to their history of infant loss, they have chosen to pursue adoption of legally free children, meaning the parental and kinship rights have already been terminated by the court system.
