My name is Shelby, I am baby Charley's Aunt. My beautiful 4 year old niece is battling an aggressive and rare brain cancer- Anaplastic Ependymoma Grade III.
She will need 6 weeks of Radiation therapy everyday in Chicago with an aggresive chemotherapy to follow for 4 months which will include overnight treatments in the hospital.
Sherry and Charles have to deal with the uncertainty of her reaction to the therapy they also need to care for Chase and at the same time keep up their responsibilities at work. This situation creates stress on many levels and additional expenses and medical expenses!!
