Sam Everhardt recently won the Tar Heel State Championship in Greco. This win qualifies Sam for the North Carolina National Team where he will compete as a member of Team North Carolina at Nationals Duals in Spokane, Washington this June. Sam is applying for scholarships/sponsorships to help offset expenses, but this is still a very expensive trip.
The trip cost $1000 which includes: training camp, gear, airfare, lodging, ground transportation, East Coast Duals Entry Fee and National Dual Tournament Entry Fee. NOT INCLUDED: food and any other unforeseen expenses.
Sam will be participating in a camp from June 6th - 8th (in Charlotte) and participating the 9th for the East Coast Duals ; on the 11th he will leave for the National Duals in Spokane. He will return home on June 16th.
All funds raised will be used to offset expenses for this tournament. Any "extra" funds will then be used to pay for any future wrestling tournaments and camps, including: school hosted, attack style wrestling camp, and Fargo.
