Failing Health And Falling Out Teeth

I was born with multiple health problems, one of them causes severe dental issues to the extent of my teeth literally starting to fall out of my head. I need to raise enough money to get these teeth removed and get either dentures or implants, these broken infected teeth will cause me to eventually go back to the hospital and I can't risk my health plummeting more than it already has. If you can help please do I hate asking for help but I'm so scared . . Thank you for any help you can give it is beyond appreciated.
