Greenbelt Rhythm and Drum Festival

The third annual Greenbelt Rhythm & Drum Festival is on Saturday, October 10,  2015 at the Roosevelt Center in old town Greenbelt, Maryland.  It is a FREE, one-day music event to celebrate drumming from around the world. There will also be drum workshops, community drum circles, kids activities, hula-hoopers, drum vendors, arts & clothing vendors, tasty food and more.  All of it is FREE because of your financial help!  Your generous donations will pay for our artists, teachers, drum circle facilitators and help cover administrative costs!  We are a volunteer led organization but we believe strongly in supporting our artists so we are grateful for your support.  Raquy Danziger, a world renown dumbek drummer and teacher, is our featured performer this year.  Raquy splits her time between the US and Turkey, so it is an incredible opportunity to have her at G-RAD.  Your contributions will allow her to teach and offer a kick ass performance!  It will be epic!  And of course, as we add performers and teachers to our line up, you will be the first to know.  THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPRT!!!
