Emergency help

Martell and I met in Oct 2003 at a little corner store in frayser. We started dating dec 2003. Now here it is 2018 and we are married with 3 kids. We have been thru a lot in 15 years!! May 29th 2012 however was a day that changed our lives forever. He left for work that morning and was in a horrible accident. His coworker passed in the accident and Martell was left fighting for his life. He put up a hell of a fight. 6 months later he was finally home. He is now a c6/c7 quadraplegic. We moved out of Memphis to ripley to start a new beginning in this new journey of our lives. We are now 6 yrs post accident. I've worked the entire time we have been up here and recently my dr took me off work indefinitely due to my health. Due to being taken off work unemployment has run out and I am still not released to return to work. His disability check covers our rent lights and water. When I was working I was buying the car the furniture and all our extras. Well we recently had our car repossessed a well as our furniture and TVs. We are trying to save money to get a vehicle but saving 3 dollars a month is gana take a long time to acquire a vehicle.  We have been walking everywhere since the car was repoed. We dont mind at all but our problem is he gets hospitalized frequently and i have no way of getting to him in the event he goes again. I cannot get to my kids in the event of an emergency quickly. We are not asking for handouts at all but I am asking if anyone knows someone or someplace that could help us get a vehicle we would be forever grateful.
