Help 4a Wheelchair Accessible Truck

This is soo hard for me to put this out here and to ask for help, but if I don't I won't be able to get what my daughter needs & what I need to take care of her needs and mine at the same time.  I am trying to raise funds to get us a wheelchair accessible truck, this way I can safely transport her to therapy, doctor appointments & school & have a vehicle that I can work my lil-farm with too, (hauling hay, feed, firewood, ect.)  So in order to accomodiate her needs & mine all at the same time this is what we really need & being on a restricted income, I have to humbly ask for help - as hard as that is to admit.

About my lil girl, Ciara is a special needs child, with many challenges in life.  She died at birth and it took 14mins to bring her back, it has left her with severe C.P., seizures, many heightend sensetivities, limited vision, on a feeding tube and the ct scans show 70-80%brain damage, so because of that the E.E.G shows seizure activity every 2-3seconds.  This makes her totally dependant upon me caring and doing everything for her.  Overall she is a very happy little girl, even with the severity of the impairments she has... The goofier I act for her, the more I sing & dance with her the happier she is.  So we count our blessings everyday, because I know it could be much worse ~ She has brought much happiness & awareness to so many people already in the 12years she has been with us.   We have came along way with the love & support of many good people along the way, with a long way to go... But as you can imagine,  this situation has came with many challenges along the way. 
I tried to work for about a year & a half when I first had her but her continous seizures made it impossible, I had to walk away from my job because it was effecting my co-workers & I couldn't do that to them...
Being raised to work & provide for my family, being independent & it was so hard to leave the security of my job and all that i had worked for in life but I did, because my daughter needed me ~ I can always get another job someday, but I my daughter needed me now, and we all know a child is irreplaceable.
So i am doing the best I can, there is no preparing someone for a life like we have been given and all I can do is keep trying and trying the best I can.  I refuse to let her limited abilities hold us back from anything and I really want to take her & let her experience as much of life as I can for her - so this truck will help for that too :)  And now she is almost as tall as I am, so it is getting a bit challenging to lift her in & out of the vehicle, so yet this is another challenge I really hate to admit that we are facing.

As with almost all medically necessary things this truck with a wheelchair conversion is expensive, thus why I had no other choice than to ask for help with this.  I have been researching wheelchair vehicle options for months, more like a few years and knowing the investment this is into our future I have finally made some decisions on what is best for our needs.  ATC - All Terrain Conversions is the best mechanically designed lift for safety & purpose that I have found.  They currently have a 2016 Chevy Pick-up Truck already converted with a passenger lift & 4wd to get up our hill, it is about $70,000.  Then add taxes & insurance.  But I don't know if that same vehicle will be available when the funds are ready.  So I have also spoke to Jackie Dewitt at Hubners Chevy in Carrollton, Oh and worked on some details for ordering a 4-wd truck and then adding the modifications after purchased.  One truck is ready to go, the other will take time to modify.  And presently my Subaru is having shifting issues, been in the shop 3times now and with over 203,000miles on it, it's not looking good :(  So this is where I am, this is why I am humbly asking & praying that I can get some help.. If you have any other questions for me just ask, what you see is what you get.  I am just a single mom trying to do the best I can to raise a special needs child on my own.  So that's the reason why I have to ask for help.  But asking is soo, hard for me.  It has taken me over a year to fill this out, but people keep telling me this could get it done for Ciara & I.  That this website was set-up to help people like us, so here we are.  One thing this situation has taught me is that their is alot of good people in the world that help out one another & so many times over the course of Miss Ciara's lifetime we have been helped just when we needed it the most, things have came thru for her, for us and I have learned that we are meant to care for one another and I count my blessing that soo many have  & do care about us too, so we are praying n praying this all comes together for us ~ Thank You, for reading this, for caring, sharing our story and maybe even contributing to this so we can reach our goal.
