Issam Qahoush’s funeral fund

My uncle, my fathers identical twin was diagnosed with bladder cancer shortly after this past Christmas. Due to end stage renal disease and other health issues, his cancer was not stage right away. The cancer was found after he was found unresponsive at his home. From that day on, he never returned home. He spent the past months going back and forth to the hospital and care facility (who kept trying to release him for failure to participate with physical therapy because he was too tired after dialysis). 

Less than one month ago, he was referred to Stanford and then diagnosed with stage 4 invasive bladder cancer to his liver, bones and lymph nodes. He just started immunotherapy two weeks ago. We thought we had a few more months with my dear uncle. A few days ago I received a call that he wasn’t responsive when the day before he was up talking and went to dialysis. We were told he suffered a stroke and likely also has pneumonia. Tonight my uncle, my fathers identical twin passed away with family at his side. 

We were not prepared for this to happen this quickly and thought the immunotherapy would work. Any contributions you could help with would greatly be appreciated by the family during this time of great sorrow and mourning. All contributions will go directly to providing him with a dignified funeral service and a peaceful place to lay to rest.
