Tom Costello's Funeral Expenses

On the morning of December 8, 2019, our dear friend Tom passed away from surgery complications.  Just before Thanksgiving, Tom and Barbara went in for Tom's 6-month check-up for his stents.  At that appointment, they found out that the aneurysm they were trying to treat had double in size and Tom needed surgery immediately.  Tom underwent his first surgery only to find that the aneurysm was too far up for them to treat at a local hospital and he was sent to Mass General Boston for experimental surgery.  Unfortunately, all the dye from the surgery and testing caused Tom's kidneys to not work properly postponing the surgery.  Tom had surgery Friday night. Through the hard work of doctors and the love and prayers of family and friends he made it through his 11-hour procedure.  On Saturday, Tom took a turn for the worst and died early Sunday morning with Barbara by his side. 

All funds raised will go directly to Barbara to assist her with immediate expenses related to Tom's passing.  Any monetary donation amount would be appreciated.
