Funeral Expenses for Roger Carroll

My name is Rebecca. I am currently raising money to help cover the funeral expenses for my uncle.
Roger Carroll (AKA R.C.) was 56 years old. He lived in Versailles, MO with his wife Amy, and her son Nathan. R.C also has 2 other sons, Nathan Carroll and TJ Carroll.
On Saturday September 22nd R.C was not feeling well. Around Noon he was in a lot of pain and asked to be taken to the hospital. After arriving to St Marys Hospital in Jefferson City, MO he was very quickly intubated due to low oxygen levels and rushed to ICU. Due to the complications of him tolerating the intubation, he was given a sedative.
He had family there by his side while he was resting with the assistance of a ventilator. The Dr's told my family that he had bilateral pneumonia, significant condition of severe sepsis and metabolic acidosis.
It was recommended around 5PM to start calling in family because he was not doing well at all. His son TJ was there in the hospital, while his oldest son Nathan had to travel from Ohio.
Around Midnight, family started to head home because he seemed to be resting and they needed some rest themselves. By 2AM, family was called back. So everyone that had headed home turned back around and returned to the hospital.
At 3:38am my uncle RC passed away with family by his side.
Earlier in that week, he had completed a physical for a job that he was very excited to start.
The sudden passing of my uncle left the family in a very bad financial state for covering the funeral expenses. The choices made were very simple but the costs do still add up. His wife of 7 years is unable to work due to her own health issues. RC's step son has learning disabilities but he did what he had to do to keep him residing in their home. RC was the sole provider for his wife and step son.
He was cremated, but before the ashes could be released to the family for the services, all expenses had to be paid in full. We were able to get the expenses paid, however, that does not go without putting others is financial distress.
The family is asking for any possible donations to help cover the funeral expenses and assist his wife and step son with future bills for the next couple of months.
The funds raised will be managed by RC's oldest sister Jeanelle Carroll via Central of Bank Lake of the Ozarks
