Funeral/Final Expenses For Jeri

Saturday September 7th Jeri, our sister had unexpectedly left us at age 33 to join our dad's in heaven. She was a fun loving person who cared about everyone she came into contact with, no matter how short a time she knew them. She leaves behind her 6 children who were the absolute world to her. Gave everything to make sure they were happy and taken care of; to give them the lives they deserved.

Over the last couple of years Jeri had been suffering from Congestive Heart Failure. Symptoms though minor were being treated with a very hopeful outcome. This past year we had quite the scare  and Jeri was to be added to the list for a heart transplant. She was placed on a new medication that had seemed to be helping her greatly. She was active and mobile again and seemed to be getting healthier as she progressed. Then, suddenly Jeri had passed in her sleep to unknown, at this moments reasons.

Because of medical bills and the suddenness, it's left our family short on funds for Jeri's final expenses. Our family, out of pure humility, asks for your help. All funds received will go to all of Jeri's funeral/final expenses. Any remaining funds will be used in the aid of caring for the children she leaves behind.
