Anthony Jose Vega Cruz or “Chulo” was killed. by Wethersfield Police on Saturday, April 20, 2019. The Saturday evening shooting left Cruz with critical injuries. He died Monday night at Hartford Hospital after being kept alive on life support.
While the shooting is currently undergoing investigation, the family is now left to prepare funeral arrangements for their loved one, Chulo.
