Thanks to all the BAD publicity because of real scammers that have abused gofundme in the past and present, we haven't even covered the costs at over $400.00 in Facebook ads that we have now paused. We thank those that helped, and for any future help. We really need $15000 right now, so we can relocate to Edmonton as this is just not going to work here. Justin is too weak to be looked after where we are. Donations as many as possible please!

Our Justin is home and safe with mom, dad, one brother and two sisters. Thanks to all for the support! Please continue to help as our bills are mounting. He requires daily care, Dr's have said his heart is functioning at around ten percent and that he is lucky to be alive.

Seems questionable to me, is this for real?

I am confused. It says Justin was a U of A and if Kevin Boyes is his father, it shows he lives in Edmonton, so why can't he visit? Also, the lack of funds is not due to Kevin's illness, but because the mother is on UI and the fathers shows as 'retired', and that's not new this month. Why does 'crowd funding' need to pay the parents' rent and bills? Also, Kevin's sister Ruthie already collected $1,000.00 on her own

Your mounting bills should not be blamed on your son's hospitalization. It sounds like you were in financial debt before this. It sounds like you are now using this to get them paid. You haven't even seen your son but you are looking to profit off this. Great parents

Alana yes it is for real. I know the family personally. I have known them for years. His brother was like a brother to my son and like my adopted son. I wish it was not real as no kid trying to go university should have to face such life and death situations. He wI'll probably be in hospital for sometime and I pray for a fast speedy recovery and that his parents will be able to see him soon to be there for support

@Kate Kirkpatrick I see you are on Facebook, you must be a real popular gal with that cynical comprehension of our situation. I ask God to forgive little people like you because I hate when I see others suffering such as us. You know Kate, someday if you are ever wrenching your hands in despair, please don't get mad when others don't help you but rather try to understand that THEY may think you are using their kindness. In saying that, I understand your selfish attitude of needing to spread some bad words for us. That is okay because for every terrible word spoken , ten kind ones will abound. God Bless you Kate Kirkpatrick

@ Nicole Stanchuk Are you here to help or pick apart someone in need? I can assure you everything is on the up and up. And get your facts straight, read the print instead of making up stories. Ad RUTH got a donation on her own, she is 800 miles from US, 1500 from Justin and she flew there to be with him in case he died! OKAY? And what we show on Facebook is to keep creeps from accessing private information. That's not saying YOU are a creep but rather to let you know nothing on social networks should pertain private info, what you see is 90% made up to prevent stalkers by many.
