Funds to stay alive

A few months ago I caught a gangrene infection. It spread very fast in my left hand and I ended up having to have my thumb, index finger and middle finger amputated. It is excruciatingly painful. Prior to catching this infection my main source of income was renting out one of my houses on Airbnb. I am unable to do that now and have no income. I was in the hospital for about a month. My bills go automatically paid now I am overdrawn. I plan to sell the house I was renting on Airbnb. My real estate agent tells me it will take about six months to find a buyerand  get the money from the sale. In the meantime I need money to afford food, catch taxis to doctors appointments, and things of that nature. I can live very frugally get by with $1200 a month. Unfortunately because I was self-employed I don't qualify for SSI or disability from government. I hate asking strangers for money but I find myself with a few alternatives. This money would mean the world to me, itwould allow me to continue to live. The sooner I have the money the better because right now I have nothing.
