Fundraiser For Finley

Hello I'm Finley. My foster mom says that I am the sweetest, most loving and friendliest boy ever!   I was rescued with my 4 siblings when I was 6 weeks old and I have been having a ton of fun in my foster home playing and growing up big and strong. Unfortunately, I'm not ready to be adopted because I was diagnosed with a congenital condition called Pectus Excavatum which means that my sternum and costal cartilages are deformed and cave in putting pressure on my heart. Believe me, this has not stopped me from playing, jumping on the cat tree and loving life. Foster Mom has to keep a close eye on me because I sometimes get out of breath because of the pressure on my heart.  My DVM Specialist says I need to have my corrective surgery very soon, it can't be delayed much longer.  My Foster Mom and her friends are pretty worried, I'm not though! I know I'll be just fine, because you would never know that I have this condition.  My DVM says I am in tip top shape and my recovery should go smoothly and be ready for my forever home in no time!  Foster Mom has been told that my surgery is going to be very expensive which is why Texas CARES is reaching out to wonderful people like you for some help to fund my surgery costs because I will need two surgeries.  Please consider helping fund my medical costs - I am so worth it and so ready to be adopted by my forever family and live happily ever after!  Finley is with Texas CARES - texascares.org
