I am raising funds to help cover the cost of gall bladder removal surgery for my 12year old chihuahua named Maddie who has always been a large part of my life.
Maddie has always been an overly energetic, sweet and affectionate dog. You can’t be fooled by her tiny 3lb frame, she is fierce and can stand up to any big dog who confronts her. This is why it is so difficult to see how her recent medical condition has caused her to quickly weaken... she was faced with the grim prognosis that there was a 50% chance that she might not survive without surgical intervention.
She is currently hospitalized at the animal hospital in Manhattan where she recently had her gall bladder removal. Maddie is a huge part of my life and because of this I have decided to go forward with the surgery where the costs are at least $8,000, and $3000(hospitalization). My goal is to reach at least half of the $12,000 of the costs.
Any contribution will be greatly appreciated by Maddie, her brother Leo, and myself.
