Personal Introduction
Hello, my name is Maximillian and I am a firm believer in the sky is the limit. I reside in Peoria, Arizona and I currently attend Colorado Technical University for a Master's Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management. In my spare time I like to spend  time visiting with friends and family to disconnect  from the busy work week to be fresh and focused for the upcoming . This also gives me time to brainstorm ideas for my business and help with growth. One fun fact about me is that you will never find me in the same spot, that doesn't mean I'm jumpy. It simply means, I'm constantly moving forward and writing the chapters in my book making the most of this short life we have.

The Company
I started The Mean Bean Organic Coffee Co in October 2017 with a vision to change the ordinary hype of the coffee business. I went from brewing coffee in my kitchen to giving a couple bags of coffee to family members, and now we are currently open to the public selling at the local farmer markets around 15lbs of coffee a week. Our brand name is slowly developing and to this day and going forward we put our customers first.

The Product
All our coffee raw or roasted is obtained through our vendor and is 100% certified organic, certified kosher, and fair trade. We have a select plan for our roasting process that will add a nice flare to your moring cup of joe. In addition to coffee, we will be carrying pure cane sugar, and small line of baking products. In our shop, you will get freshly roasted coffee, the best Iced coffee in Phoenix, an easy going atmosphere with throwback decor and a lounge area with a few select amenities to enjoy your refreshing beverage for either a summer cool down or a morning caffeine buzz.

Why Donate?
On a personal level I ask for any donation amount from the community to be a part of something great and as a family owned company your support helps our growth in addition to supporting our vendor Dean's Beans with the good cause of helping the growers in coffee growing regions achieve fair trade prices for their coffee. All of this goes into our foundation of good business ethics and that is something everyone should be proud of.

What's it for?
With the money we put into the business and donations received, my goal is to have a fabulous coffee lounge and roasting facility . We want to have the best freshly roasted coffee in the area, we want to have the best coffee lounge in the area and we will have a great customer experience like no other shop.  As an appreciation everyone that donates will have the option of having their name placed on the wall.

At this time we are at maximum capacity. It is time to expand and take our business further. We need funding for bringing on employees and paying a fair wage, new state-of-the-art equipment, leasing a location, and general business operations. This would help aviod costly business loans that drive up cost and help foucs our attention in running our business nearly debt free .
